The Gay Had Been Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

The Gay Had Been

Rating: 5.0

The courts have acted
Without being reacted
To the popular will
Some more action is to filled

It is not wish alone
That carries nation
Rules are there in constitution
To be observed as institution

Let people’s representative
Be impartial and selective
To the popular sentiment
Instead passing reverse comment

Let other human beings enjoy
Have same rights with freedom and joy
If that was the tradition since age old
The argument can not be easily sold

Gays had been part of society
That can not be seen as curse from almighty
If that is fate from nature and to be suffered
It may amount nothing even if sufficient protection is offered
