The good words of Poets,
So often very wise,
So often, mirrors that don't disguise
The frailties of humans, not so wise.
So many poems rich and truthful,
Words that sometimes
Only occupy a mouthful,
But when inspirations rise,
Can set the world on fire,
Unite more than divide,
Thru love, truth and desire,
We see higher and higher
That there's no great divide,
No doubt it's poem magic
That so long has thus survived,
Not to praise it would be tragic
But to lose it, our demise.
Poetry can have us spellbound and at the same time lead to different thinking. As a form of communication it has everything it needs. A nicely penned offering. Thank you Sandra.+++10 Robert

One of the most beautiful thoughts I have ever read for Poets. A piece of work so profound that shows.the. goodness of the heart of the Poetess. If Poets'.good words will unite people and inspire. and words are so truthful and wise, then we help in the attainment of a peaceful and beautiful world. This should be the primordial aim of every poet. A great poem brilliantly penned. Onto my Poem List.and the Poet to my Poem List.10+++
