The Kind Moon Poem by Sylvia Frances Chan

The Kind Moon

Rating: 5.0

The kind moon

I saw the moon slipping into the cumulus sky
she shows her weakness and the crescent moon present
honesty now prevails
so full of embarrassment
she wants to slip away
as if to say

Please don't look at me now
I'll come back after a few days
in full bloom and glowing the brightest
for sure, I won't disappoint you all!
This moment is for me a farewell for a few days
