The Lonely Boat In The Sea Poem by Anil Kumar Panda

The Lonely Boat In The Sea

Rating: 5.0

The lonely boat wanders
Across the sea in the night
Looking for a way to the beach
Through streaks of yellowish light

Dropping from the sky
Where millions of stars roam
The boat is lost in the arrays of
Surging tides and in hissing foam

Only He who watches all
From above can save the boat
Till the golden ray of the morning
Showed up in the sky it would float

When your saviour is God who can be lost in the vast expanse of darkness

Boats, wind and waves are great analogies of the complications of love. Great imagery in this great poem.

An inspiring write. A poem of faith. In darkness, there is that One Hand that will guide us through
