The Need To Love
Our need for Love,
Is very great,
Much greater than,
It is to hate,
A Loveless Life,
No meaning has,
To love, be loved,
Is what will last,
In Life we have,
No other thing,
If Love's not there,
Heaven won't sing,
The Song of Love,
You want to hear,
As hearts embrace
Year after year.
Beautiful! Just terrific! One thing that you can never buy is love. Just two of my favorite lines were 'To love, be loved, Is what will last, ' It was moving and so heartfelt, but then there was a determination, a a spark in the poem that I liked about it; I just can't describe. A full 10 from me!

We all need to be loved, and to give love too. Without it, life is empty. Lovely write Sandra.
