Daniel Edwards

The Word - Poem by Daniel Edwards

The one you may hear
Some may fear
It tells how one may feel
And you know when it is real
It's big, but small
It's short, but tall
It's the word that changes most
But stays the same and makes some boast
You know it yet? what if i said Blue
What if i said violet, I know you do
It's the one i haven't told you yet
I would not have said when we first met
If you get it right theres a kiss for you
You get it? you got it? no more clues
I'll just have to say it, I Love You
