The Word Was Made Flesh(For Janice) - Poem by Dónall Dempsey

He touches the text
with his fingertips...longing
to touch her body.

At last lost in an embrace
they...do what...the text...had said.

Dónall my love, I'm so glad I found this, even though I'm two months late picking it up! And we're still doing the same things... and you're still picking me up at Waterloo on Tuesdays - that's tomorrow at 17.55 on Tuesday 13th January in the year of our Lord two thousand and nine! I don't know how I missed it before! All my love, Jan xxx (Report)Reply
