梦景依稀难记忆
花期妩媚遣愁怀
金猪贺岁春风暖
瑞雪盈门福运来
The Year Of The Pig
The dream scene was vague
hard to remember
The florescence was enchanting
dispelled the sorrows
The golden pig celebrating the New Year
the spring breeze is warm
Fortune comes
auspicious snow comes to our homes

I enjoyed reading this poem earlier today, and came back to read it again now. Well done! I can read some Chinese characters as well, so it was interesting to compare both readings, in English and Chinese.
