Though it's rusty,
Still strong enough to stay
And that's why they live together happily.
They do not want to fly
In the hopeless sky?
* Some birds they do prefer cages as they do not have strong wings to fly.
Those who are free not to fly may be very fortunate. But to each his own. Excellent write, Nimal. Take care. Warm regards, Sandra

An interesting poem about the 'illusion' of freedom. It reminds me of Jerry's uncle's corella called Eccles, who had been caged since birth. He must have been fifty years old when we met him, but he would never venture from his cage and attacked anyone who tried to persuade him to try his wings. Fascinating poem. love, Allie ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥
