There are people from all walks of life
From the poor to the well-off to the mega rich
It's all going on night-after-night on
This supposed paradise called earth,
But maybe life is paradise in spite of demons
Maybe there is a happy place somewhere
Where you don't freak out when people stare
Maybe where you can comfortably sit in a chair.
Being free from fear different to wisdom
Fearlessness sometimes out of ignorance
Whereas feeling the fear and doing it anyway
Is a technique which often strikes one lucky,
Not caught out playing football in a field
Where the mud, rain and wind make you mucky
Impressing your peers paramount
Like to go horseriding the powerful horse you do mount.
You wear confidence like a mask and a shield
Using words like a weapon you do forcibly yield
Because there are people who are evil
People who will cheat you and rob you blind,
Some people who make you hopelessly feel
As if you're losing your modest but firm mind
The every day of life difficult when having to take sides
Turmoil and confusion rearing their ugly heads,
And you wish people would capitulate
And leave you alone in your happy homestead
Even when online not being bothered by trolls
Where you post on Internet forums and information provide.
No one immune from daily problems
But life continues on for the emotionally strong
And strangers at the bus stop talk and get along
Because every person from all walks of life belong.
