There's more to race than speed,
More to character than shallow creed,
There's more to life than greed,
But nothing more to heed
To than an honest day's deed!
As there's nothing more to dream
Than giving it a pair of wings,
Nothing more powerful to life
Than plain Spartan living, no rife,
Age of Excess does spin
A vacuum's void within,
There's no greater pursuit
Than the search for soul's root,
For, when the ego dies
The soul wakes up to rise.

Whether it is slowing down in life, using eco-friendly products, learning the art of being content from within, and many of his creeds, Mahatma Gandhi is still quite relevant. On the occasion of the ensuing 150th Birth Anniversary on 2nd October let us mull over some of his values and creeds and try to put them to practice to truly remember him.
