I can't go back,
But i'll remember,
Those long hot Summers,
Those cold Decembers.
When butterflies danced,
With splendour and flair,
When the church bells chimed,
In the cold winter air.
I can't go back,
But still i can see,
You at the gate,
Just waiting for me.
For as long as I live,
I'll still remember,
Those long hot summers,
Those cold Decembers.
