I think of you and all is well within my world
My soul rejoices with happiness flooding the heart
Time pauses with you with love overwhelming
My heart trembling knowing you love me.
Seeing your face mirrored within my mind
Hearing echoes of your voice, such sweet sounds.
You are life's reason so magnificence and wonderful
Your smile makes darkness ebb into welcoming light
Purple raging storms abate and sun and moon shine bright.
I walk joyfully in your presence bathed in love's warmth
Soul free from the chains of despair and misery.
You are navigator and purpose of my life to please
My Muse flourishes and sings because of you
And I daily thank Almighty God for knowing you.
