Through Fate's Kaleidoscope Poem by Mihaela Pirjol

Through Fate's Kaleidoscope

Rating: 5.0

Deciphering codes and omens—decoding Destiny's twist:
Half-heard words and whispers, sighs, song-lyrics and symbols,
Gestures, insinuations and associations:

Multiplying meaning in non-meaning.
Esoteric messages by analogy and psychology;
Aphorisms and philosophy: trying to solve

The mathematical Equation of Fate; leading my way
Through Fate's Kaleidoscope:

Red—was sanguine fluidity rushing and flushing
Love, emotions, fire and desire through my veins;
Incandescent flickers and flames burning my heart and flesh.

Blue—were the enormous eyes of the oceans rising
In a turbulent dizziness of senses, sensually seducing;
Retreating in the vastness of love in your eyes.

Yellow—was friendly and kind, but tormented with jealousy,
Sunlight in our hair, pallid desperation, and fatigue
Draining blood, love, and life from our vitality.

Orange—was passion, hunger, energy, and thirst for life
Dreamingly quenching it in the succulent nectar of future
Of the divine perpetuation of romance and love.

White—was innocent, and bore the chastity of saints;
Angels in flight with doves soaring the love-dream
Upon wings to wed, and celebrate the sublime of unified love.

Purple—was my achy heart bruised with rejection,
Shredding and lacerating it, obliging it to disposes Love:
It was my own being, collapsing in thousands of mysteries.

I dissected the geometry of uncertainty, trying to solve
The unsolvable equation, counting sand-grains in Infinity;
And all this time, Fate was there—laughing at my insanity.

Of one thing we can be certain in life and that is 'uncertainty! ' A beautiful poem where the poet tries to peep though the dark and mysterious curtain of fate.

'Deciphering codes and omens, un-puzzling Destiny's twist; .... I dissected the geometry of uncertainty, trying to solve The unsolvable equation, counting sand-grains in Infinity; And all this time, Fate was there — laughing at my insanity.' kaleidoscopes featured focused in a few of my poems years back, so particularly adored the unique quality of these immense image lines
