Tired Typing And Tired Of Typing
It's hard to type when you're tired,
But I'll try and do the best I can.
I have some long poems to put up,
But of typing them up I'm not a fan.
Its been another long demanding day,
At the museum where I happily work.
My typing skills wearily desert me,
On this keyboard that's making me irk.
So I'll raise my game tomorrow,
I'll try to have an easier day.
So come hell or high water,
I'll keep my tiredness at bay.

Dear Shaun we all know how the hard working poet you are, but please take some rest and write less, make sure the pond is get full then start slowly and deeply again.. all your works are gems and precious, but we are not greedy and not demanding any thing beyond your power and ability, in the end the quality is more important than Quantity...10/10 for all your humanity feelings and good poems..All the best
Thanks Soran for your great comments.And took your sound advice with an early night. Truth is we at the museum had a day yesterday, the magnificent river Ely, had flooded its magnificent banks, leaving a flooded magnificent mess. So tonight I'll put up some short poems and the longer more demanding typed ones will wait till I'm off work. I thank you again my good friend and take care, for its one poem at a time.
