I remembered you today
after a long time.
I never held you
in my arms
I never caressed tenderly
your soft hair
I never swept the tears
from your lovely eyes
My heart wasn't ever happy
with your bright smile
But, truly I say to you, I never
ever stopped loving you
This is heart-wrenching as most mothers who've lost a baby know.

A beautiful composition. Its easy to say still birth but to feel its pain is unimaginable. Expecting a child and then seeing empty arms breaks you completely.
