To Catch Raindrop Poem by Manonton Dalan

To Catch Raindrop

towering trees trap
moisture from above
down their shiny bark
feeding stream of love
fishes grow so large
I need a net to catch

I take home for lunch
happy cheeks singing
beating spoons a melody
sleep well, wait new day
crickets serenade night
dreaming, peaceful flight
