To Pass Buck And Burden Poem by Aniruddha Pathak

To Pass Buck And Burden

To pass buck there's no need to look far,
Nor shoulder its burden upon star.
God, Fate there's and Fortune—
Wait for no noon of June,
And blaming a neighbour is course par.

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
Man has always needed someone's shoulder to pass the buck and burden, be it destiny, god, fate, fortune, or if nothing one's neighbour, who comes handy like summer's noon of June.
