To Spend The Night - Poem by Michael P. McParland
I would love nothing more than
to just lay down on the couch
with you and snuggle up so very tight
and put on a lovely relaxing film
to which we could just relax to and feel good.
I just want to spend the night
holding you so very close and just
feel peace being with you.
I want to spend the night with my Kira
just snuggling away the hours
chasing off the sadness I feel
and knowing that my Angel's right there
to rest with and give kisses to.
I just want to spend the night with you.
Kira I just want to wrap up together tonight
on the couch and watch a movie we'd both like,
so I could just hold you and give you
all my warmth and comforting care,
I just want to wrap up with you my sweet dear.
To just lay back and feel you right here
and all of the love that we both give.
Kira I want to spend this night here with you
and as I put on a film I send these sweet kisses to you,
I love you sweet darling and for you
my heart is so mightily calling.
You are my sweet Angel and the only one
I'll ever need and desire.
Kira I love you and feel me there with you
because all I want is to spend the night with you.
