Travesty In Government Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Travesty In Government

Questions being asked, coming up with answers filled with lies
and half-truths, pretending to be honest and forthright, but
in reality are not.

Wishing on sidelines that it would all come true this time, but
it never gets anywhere near honesty at all, wondering what people think they're going to get away with, their criminal behaviors are
a travesty nowadays in our very own government.
