Two Bags For Vegetables In Two Hands
I went to market with two bags with me
For bringing vegetables from there,
We had to prepare curry so I brought,
To reduce weight I took two bags.
Buying vegetables like tomato, aubergine,
Lady's finger, spinach, beans and more,
I distributed them in two bags easily,
Hanging them in two hands I came happily.
This was easy to come near car at parking,
Then I came back home riding this nice car,
Fresh vegetables I got, fresh riding I had,
Balancing both bags in hands I entered home.
We have to balance both types of wealth,
Material wealth and spiritual wealth as well,
As well as in two bags truly in two hands,
Material is for body and spiritual is for soul.
Material wealth gives comfort to body,
This is temporary and this is very perishable,
Spiritual wealth grows and this is imperishable,
Only spiritual wealth gives us enlightenment.

Two bags of vegetables motivate mind. Greatest love comes from God through light into Earth. We feel this. This is really great when love is transformed into light of love of wisdom. Love glows and grows with us. This is a great write and you are a nice poet. Good food gives good health.
Material wealth gives comfort to body, This is temporary and this is very perishable, Spiritual wealth grows and this is imperishable, Only spiritual wealth gives us enlightenment.... very good poem. as often you end your poems in spiritual teaching. from a simple act of going to market how you go at the end to a spiritual world. marvelous. tony
