Ho! There. Be careful
There's some treason in your look
No not one- instead two
Notice of them? No one took
Ah! So oblivious you are still
Wearing two traitors on your face
Traitors they are of strange kind
They cheat the heart that bid them gaze
I noticed their treachery by a chance
She was refusing his love but not from heart
Smiling he looked into her eyes
For those traitors were telling the real part
And when that Dennis told his mother
'I ain't the one who broke the pane'
She was listening to the traitors on his face
His mischief and lies and innocence feign
Like this and other times they amuse me
But wait! Now I wonder and worry too!
My secrets i thought were buried inside
My traitors must have told you!
Such a clever poem this and so true to life, so good on you Anjali
Sometimes we see the invisible and the obvious, two sides to every story. I really enjoy your writing.
