Unexpecited - Poem by Amelynn Sanchez

I love it how I get so much stuff throwen in my face.
Like papers fallin', gotta be quick and catch'em before the
wind blows them away. I take what's unexpecited and lay it
out in my mind, I don't rush to do it, I just take my time. I think before
I do, it's a lesson learned as I grew. Like my mom always say, 'You gotta crawl before you walk, and walk before you run.' I crawled, walked, and ran; now it's time for me to fly. I already did my time!
