Usually Poem by Kim McInnis

Usually

I'm sitting here
where we usually are

usually smiling
usually screaming

(usually speaking
- of the times before
- of a year ago
- when things were good
- when things were bad)

usually crying
usually laughing

(usually longing
- for the times before
- for a year ago
- when things were good
- when things were bad)

I'm sitting here
where we usually are

only today
you're not here
so I'm sitting
alone
