Virginal Tears Poem by Uriah Hamilton

Virginal Tears

Rating: 5.0

My thoughts dance and waltz
With delicate and beautiful words
That seek secret and hidden poems
To ensnare her heart
In love’s joyful trap.

I ignite lustrous flames of desire
To touch her hair and kiss
Her tattooed shoulder
Beneath the moon’s hypnotic glance.

An orchestra plays
A poignant interlude
That sounds like a gentle stream
Of virginal tears.

In the room
Where the flowers wait
To greet us,
I’ll promise her
Everything will be new,
Such an exquisite romance as this
Has never existed before.

A poem of rapture, indeed. Almost (but not quite) makes me wish to be young again. Extraordinary work, Uriah. - Will
