Waiting For Rain Poem by Kewayne Wadley

Waiting For Rain

Rating: 4.0

I stand outside and wait for you
Romanticized in anticipation.
I am free and am myself in you.
This climax covered head to toe.
I've counted to a million and
I've lost count over
two million times.
Each time your lips always present.
Your perfume, reminiscent
of each time you've devoured my lips.
The little things that remind me of you
So out of the blue
I am heavy in you, I am drenched in you.
The very reason I love the rain
I've drowned in you
Unapologetically and fortunately.
I am covered in you
