Walk In My Shoes Poem by mona martinez

Walk In My Shoes

you call me a freakin liar,
that's okay,
do you know what i go through?
just to seem fine,
behind my smile,
there's fire,
sick of this world,
tired of lables that seem to be me,
do you know how hard it is?
to make everyday as normal as possible,
every time i show how i feel,
it gets send off wrong,
i know i don't always make sense,
but, in my mind it does,
you don't need the facts,
exspecially if you judging,
i just want to be me,
but, i guess i lie,
say what you may,
i don't care,
i know i'm confused.
you deal with this s**t,
than you tell me how you feel,
about the same,
before you judge,
take a walk in my shoes.
