War Is Criminally Insane Poem by Terence George Craddock

War Is Criminally Insane

Rating: 5.0

all war is criminally insane
all wars go domestic
all even World War 2

killed more civilians than soldiers
combatants were safer than civilians
burned fire fried in firestorm cities
bomb blast victims severed limbs heads
rarely identified by scares birth marks
more often a wedding ring probe plucked
out of a shredded stomach waste pulped
picked up carried in blitz break fire buckets
allied fire bombing burning axis power cities

was horrific victor hate revenge
pay back turning tables justified
regardless innocent civilians died
