We Must Be The Embodiments Of Love Poem by Kumarmani Mahakul

We Must Be The Embodiments Of Love

Rating: 5.0

Love is beautiful experience
That makes the world worth living in,
It binds the people of different religion-
Caste, creed and race in a world inn.

Where there is no love
There is no desire to live,
Even animals, birds, reptiles
Hate themselves to alive.

Cement binds bricks, rods, stones together
To construct a beautiful house,
Love is cement that binds man with man
Man with family, society, country and spouse.

Supreme father is the ocean of love
He is Bestower of love too,
He wants this world as happy place,
He wants full of love to live in and to do.

We must be the embodiments of love
The love of true and selfless,
Here there is sacrifice and commitment
Without this love life is lifeless.

There is a feeling of giving with no desire
Of expecting anything in return,
True love and selfless love are spiritual love
Let's try to gain these in turn.

I absolutely love this poem, how inspired! ... I cannot help to think that if sometimes the constructions may be ugly, and could do more harm than good, true selfless love could never harm at all. So maybe we could find a way one day to learn how create a cement with selfless love in its compozition. What a joy to imagine it... Thank you for share, lovely read! 2 Oct 2015 by Elena S(*_*) | Reply

Each line of the poem unfolds a wonderful truth based on selfless love which believes in giving and asking for nothing in return. This, only this will ensure the unity of people in this world.
