Weathering the Storms
By: Lawrence W. Langman

Have you ever thought about the rains that falls from above?
Could they be the tears from our loved ones, denoting love?
Why do some people feel so much solace in listening to it fall?
Could it be those tears from the heavens, eases the pain of it all?
Might the storms that ravage the skies, be their frustrations inside?
Of a life they once had, and lost, and your embrace they're denied.
We all feel remorse for those we have lost, some way too early.
The pain of them not being here, cuts like a knife, deep and severely.
Maybe they get frustrated as much as we do, where they reside.
Unable to caress our cheeks, or hold us dearly, so unsatisfied.
Longing to embrace one another, causes such turmoil and strife.
That Thunder & Lightening rages throughout realities afterlife.
The electricity that is created from the living, and their sad souls.
Could cause the entire solar system to lash out, and lose control!
We yearn to be with our loved ones that have left us way too soon.
Yet knowing how they miss us, just might help us all be attuned.
For all that have lost someone, and feels that dagger in their heart.
They will always be with you, until you meet again, never will you part.
