What Makes You A Poet? - Poem by Sandra Feldman

What makes you a Poet?
And why do you care?
If there are no flowers,
Just Lies, everywhere.

What makes you a Poet?
And why do you sigh?
No one really cares.
If you live or you die

What makes you a Poet?
You always ask 'Why'?
The Earth is not Heaven,
And Lonely, we cry.

Sandra, what makes you a poet is that you can take the seemingly simple and make it profound. Great job from a great poet. (Report) Reply
