When a country goes to war
It's got to get
Ready for the wounded
The dead
The bloody battlefield
When a country goes to war
It's got to get ready
For all the bullets flying
All the bombs falling
All the death and destruction
When a country goes to war
It's got to get ready
For all the pain and misery
That comes with it
No matter who fires the first shot
When war comes
the outcome will always be ugly!
