When Friendship Ends Poem by Laquory Jones

When Friendship Ends

It seems to me that people fight over the
Pettiest things I close my eyes then begin
To dream of how it use to be now tell me
Do you truly see distant memories that's
How it all died slowly started fading by I'm
Running out of words to say I've sat and
I've tried through the tears that I've cried

With every intake of breath that I inhale
My world begins to quake I guess I'll leave it
To fate I became every mistake in the
Flesh The pain is still fresh The value of
Friendship was made to relish from with
In souls at least that's what we're taught
And told moments are set to be cherished
As we begin to relish but through the
Bond it all began to perish hearts begins
Pounding to a different beat destroying
Everything we once had considered quite
Unique You don't know what losing people
Does to me I become like a double
Amputee searching for answers from deep
In me it's like I'm searching for your
Sympathies to the point I don't speak for days
Pain begins to replay the time and the day
Of when the friendship began its ending.
