What You Are Poem by Laquory Jones

What You Are

Rating: 5.0

You're every breath I take I see it in your
Eyes you're the devil in disguise the
Reason you chastise me to the rim
Filling up my emotions to the brim
But on a whim I'm taking hints you're
My intense that won't condense so
What's your sole intent just then my
Air grows thin perhaps you're my
Wind constantly getting under my
Skin you're my sin where did it all
Begin perhaps the first making of
Man help me understand before I
Suffocate you're my faster pace
Our hearts beginning to beat at a
Rapid rate you'll become my lasting
Mistakes haunting me until my dying
Day I'm the missing bullets and

You're my smoking gun you're
The one that I go to when everything
Is all said and done you're the fire in
My soul heating my emotions until
They're cold along it's centerfolds
Or its center-line but I swear
I'm feeling fine as I slip
Through time letting the minutes
Chime but hoping my time never
Passes me by in the End
You'll be my every tear that I'll cry
Indeed you're my constant tries
My no limits of what I can reach and
Accomplish & my reason for making this
You'll always be my cemented memories
You're my blazing sun
You're my only one
You're my heart's desire
You're my constant fire
You're my dreams come true
Just know I'll always love You.
