When Winter Melts - Poem by Debendra Majhi

when winter tends to
confluence with summer,
frozen time melts down
and spring springs up.
the mango buds
sprout abundant.
the mango birds and cuckoos
sing aloud,
the black drongos
hoop around.
when the winter melts,
the morning dews evaporate
tender leaves re-appear,
the crescent moon
re-shapes to gibson, then to full,
full moon then turns blue moon.
when winter melts...
