Where Trees Speak Words Poem by Christopher's Dead

Where Trees Speak Words

Where trees speak words,
And riverbeds are laced with gold.
Where voices are heard miles apart,
And it's easy to have a change of heart
To dance the long night away,
Gladdened that you decided to stay.
Lions dancing amongst sheep,
Drifting away in a moonlit sleep.
Not a dream, but peace,
Light emotions never cease
In time, realized what fun it can be
To sing a sweeter melody.
A trial to defeat the fiercest of wards,
Testing soldiers to lay down their swords.
Take up a hand and build a sign
And build up life and build up mine.
Glistening, due in rest,
To strike a smile and do my best.
Where can all this exist?
Here, as long as I don't resist.
