Who Am I...? Poem by Randhir kaur

Who Am I...?

Rating: 5.0

Who know me?
I ask t'will nocturnal does flee.
Diurnal I wake my slumber,
And my ear hears a clamour.
I live in a house where zilch dwells,
Tell where I pertain my lord, thus everyday I ring your bells.

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
The poet here is describing her condition and complex state of mind. She never did received an answer of who she really is? She constantly kept questioning the Universal/Almighty till the night falls. She wake up with the same question again the next daylight.
All she hears is the shouting. The shout of silence where no one stays.
Thus, she ring the bells of Masjid, Church, Mandir, Gurudwara..to ask the same but she is left unanswered.

Ear hears a clamour. During complex condition very often mind wanders and a person searches for identity. Concentrating in self and connecting God solve our problems. A philosophical poem this is....10
