Why couldn't English be easy?
Even the great poet Edwards complained about it
Why couldn't English be easy?
[He] could be she
[She] could be he
My cat is [she] and my baby is [it]
Why couldn't English be easy?
My son came home from school with the same complaint
Their teacher told them that he and she are John Cena in a person
And my son asked me if he were she or he
Their teacher said 'future will tell'
Now my son is confused
Why couldn't English be easy?
[He] could be a mother
[She] could be a father
I'm scared and muzzled
I don't know how to address my son
And the outside world tomorrow
Why couldn't English be easy?
Don't blame me ‘cause I'm not a native
And now I'm afraid
I don't want English to sue me
After all, I don't know if he is he or she
Why couldn't English be easy?

We are not bound by any rules of English usage. We speak, write or read it as we please. Let Bri come and correct our usage, spelling and grammar. That will keep him at safe distance from his wife, maybe.😀🤣🥲
It will take Bri some months to see your comment. He is offline right now and the wife will always take the blame for it. Lol
Most of us here, except for our wordophile Bri, are from non-English-speaking countries. So, I believe all those stupid rules of English are not for us. We are not bound by them. (Contd)
Bri Edwards 07 September 2023 Does Donald Trump KNOW 100 English words? ? : ))))) … Maybe not, Bri. But he knows all the words of abuse and vulgarity. That is enough, I think

I would like to translate this poem
My guess is as good as yours, this is wrt language English. Yes, people made is complicated else we can communicate freely with 100 words only. Good poem., very thoughtful 5****
'100 words only'! ! ? OK: GIVE, ME, YOU, TAKE, WANT, NEED, YES, NO, SEX, FOOD, DRINK, SLEEP, TOILET PAPER, SHELTER, AIR CONDITIONING, BOOKS, COMPUTERS, PHONE, TRANSPORTATION, PET, POCKETS, HEARING, SMELLING, TASTING, FEELING, SEX (AGAIN) , [[that's 32 words I think]] (continued)
Did I send the '32 words' as a poem comment or to Asim as my reply to his comment, a reply he'd NEVER see? : )
