Windblown Poem by Sandra Feldman

Windblown

Rating: 5.0

We were meant
To be together
But not all that's wise
Arrives
And life separates
Forever,
Those who can't
Master their lives.

We were meant
To be together,
But life's winds
Blew us apart
Life no longer
Was worth living
When the Wind,
Stole
Both our hearts,
And in later years
That followed,
Never gave us
A new start
Windblown lives,
The saddest ever
Do so often fall
Apart.
