Wings Of Imagination Poem by Ayman Parray

When I was a kid I had a dream
To fly like a superhero and eat ice-cream
The latter came true but the former did not
Somewhere deep in my mind it did rot
But every now and then when I look at the sky
On wings of imagination I do often fly
As Einstein said imagination will take you places
Of all knowledge and theories it forms the basis
So imagine flying to the planets, the moon and a star
To distant galaxies and worlds afar
Peace and blessings raining from above
Imagine me, you and the whole world in love
