With Equal Feeing Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

With Equal Feeing

Rating: 5.0

Even though sadness has its own role
To respond every tragic call
With cursory words
Along with prayers to lord

“Why such things to me only”
O lord and kind almighty
What have I done to offend anyone?
So the trouble is mounting all of sudden

As we claim to be poor human being
All of sudden it echoes and brings
Total collapse of mind and heart
It drops tears and start feeling bad

Person finds no one
To offer solace and console with solid reasons
This adds to empathy already felt
The body shivers even if strongly built

For argument sake, if sadness has no role
We shall never regard people
With equal feeling
The purpose shall be defeated and amount to self killing

Melancholic and tender emotion mounting through your poem, anger growing beneath the surface, knowing you've done nothing wrong. Yet sadness fulfills it's role completely with loss, making us regard those in our lives daily, loving them unconditionally. A very beautiful heart touching poem, I love it! Thank you for sharing.
