'' You Are, The Coward '' Poem by Bri Mar

'' You Are, The Coward ''

To be in a clique,
What is it you seek,
Are your motives honourable and true?
Is it havoc you wreak,
If so, you are weak,
The fact is, you're not really you.

We all need a friend,
On them we depend,
Yet with some, we won't always agree,
The bullying trend,
You cannot defend,
Could it be, you just love a melee.

If that's the case,
You are in a race,
To see who you can destroy,
You forget their face,
Their religion or race,
What you do, you'll begin to enjoy.

Though some will smile,
Others run a mile,
From brutality, they just want to hide,
Your satanic style,
To some will defile,
They'll then contemplate, suicide.

Though it isn't fair,
Evil cliques don't care,
Their aim in life? to cause grief,
If you're not aware,
You are causing despair,
Your devoid of what's called, self-belief.

When you're on your own,
Within you it's known,
It's with iniquity you are empowered,
When your cover is blown,
It will be shown,
The truth is,

‘' You Are, The Coward ‘'

Very true your words. Bullying is just cawardice cloak under mask of superiority that never is. Thank-you.
