You Ask Me Why Do I Love You Poem by Ravi Kopra

You Ask Me Why Do I Love You

Rating: 5.0

You ask me
why do I love you

First the historical reason
Since the times
a monkey became a man
each primate specie loved you

Now the matter of fact reason
Because you are love incarnate
love is born out of you
you are love yourself
that's why I love you

I don't get it, she says
you are screwing my mind
I am not a monkey, you idiot
I am a home coming queen
blue eyed, tall, blond, sexy
that's why I thought you loved me

Good bye Harry, I'm going back to Larry.

There is historical reason remaining behind love. Love gives birth and love incarnates. Sense of goodbye still carries love and emotion. An amazing poem is brilliantly penned inspired by Barry Conway's poem with the same title and this seems to be a nice tribute to respective poet...10
