You Be Like The Ancestor Which Is Mint To Yo'people (If They Hot To Warm With Negativity) Poem by Cherokee Akan Ewe

You Be Like The Ancestor Which Is Mint To Yo'people (If They Hot To Warm With Negativity)

Chicken Deep
all chicken parts
basil
rosemary
parsley
oregano
black pepper
red pepper
celery seed
turmeric
coconut oil
boil or bake in cast iron pan or pot
until cooked
add rice you never heard of before into the pot if boiling the chicken
cook separately if pan baking the chicken in another pot
or grilled chicken
i add coconut milk to my rice traditionally
overnight your chicken for a better flavor and beat it too or poke it
if out in the woods then boil first then pan bake or simply boil cause it ain't nothing wrong with boiling your food..
get them plantains and boil em.. add honey and watch those kids devour all of em
pan bake it and it disappear the same
i was first reintroduced to plantains by a Jamaican Mutha in the UK
i gave her son clothes and all I had due to me being well established with monies
in turn she requested for me
she taught me of my culture and more
while the father put on a specific record
at that table i understood and left with a overstanding
see its that karma
and why I'm my mission Teachers educate
cause in my book I(as in my people)was written....
