But by then
twill be late
your eyes wont be awake
you won't know the answer
of all your Whys

take it from me ere we die

as life ages
in stages
towards the end are faster paces
quicker races

blinking eyes
blocked nose
weary sight
need overdose
of drops to keep them wet and alive
you can't see
you can't hear
whose calling

but still think

GOD is calling
out for me
INQUIRING
where is he...

let him come and take me
I've had a warm bath already
now I will not smell

tell me what perfume to wear
I won't like to
in front of him be bare

Tell me why
ere I cry

I know the answer why

We now don't want to die
let us again
our hair dye
wear a wig and stay on
with a broader smile

why worry
ageing is a phenomenon but naturally
will come to each
none will be spared
by God
so FAIR
to one and all

So be ready
daily he calls me
but doesn't come

why fear HIM
he will some day
one day
if not today
when
HE is free
COME WILL
HE
