Youth Invincibility Wears Thin Time Torn Poem by Terence George Craddock

Youth Invincibility Wears Thin Time Torn

youth wears a cloak of invincibility
youth wears a cloak of running skipping leaping abilities
youth wears risk skinned knees
youth wears growth spurt time discoveries
youth young vibrant lives heals fast
youth young lives in springtime it will not last
youth does not know old age is a time for courage

youth invincibility wears thin time tears

old age deals with impaired mobility
old age deals with slowing down time sleepy slow
old age deals with increasing health failing crisis problems
old age knows every day can bring challenges
old age faces health life issues with gentle humour
old age faces health life issues with bitter anger
old age faces health life issues with courage scared

youth invincibility wears thin time torn
