Dad's Fix-It Shop

broken toys
skinned knees
little lost kitties
'tie me, please! '

oatmeal breakfasts
peanut butter snacks
hot dog lunches
playin’ out back

hair cuts, 'oh-oh...
wait til mom sees...! '
run to the bathroom
runnin’ from the bees

king tree climb
way up to the top
if we get hurt go to
'Dad’s Fix-It Shop'

two-wheeler lessons
old friends ‘n new
band aid boxes
hurt feelings

too

brothers and sisters
can never understand
nose to nose together then
best friends again

hug and a kiss
hair tussled on ...
