The Fields Of War
Over the hills
Where the kids play and grow.
When the wind yells while blowing,
The tall green giants were dancing.
Over the midst of this peaceful gathering,
Draped blue blanket above us,
With the ball of light we call “Sun.”
There was a tremendous battle
A full scale war! An intense battle:
Friends against friends,
Foe against foe.
The soldiers were up, fighting for glory;
Determination came from another,
From their allies that they call a brother.
For these warriors war was triumph,
war was gain,
war was heartache, ...
