Early Goodbye

I am walking down Richmond crossing Carling
Heading for that familiar place that serves green tea
With a little milk, a little honey and a little sugar
The day is beginning as we near our ending
I imagine there are a few conversations remaining
Lately though the words have become sparse at best
A severing of the ties that were never meant to bind us
Their death comes at my hands and by my choice
Their wreckages lies at my feet and is my voice
Silent and desolate like the earth will be someday
I know nothing about predictions but that seems like a sure ...
