Comments about Kayla Pettit
Everytime I called you, you said you'll call me back
Don't know why I call you dad, It seems like a fluke
You say that you love me, and things will never change
When I want to visit you, I'm left standing in the rain
If I had a father, to really call my dad
Maybe, just maybe, My life wouldn't be so bad
I used to look at you, like you knew what you were doing
But now I'm stumped, sitting here stewing
You call me your daughter, what does that mean
When you get around me, aren't you supposed to gleam
A dead beat dad, is what some would say
I stick up for you ...
